Three ways the segment prices
Roof measurement is sold three ways, and the published prices only make sense once the model is clear. Done-for-you reports are priced per report, sometimes by roof size or customer tier (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Sketch My Roof, RoofScope). Platform bundles price the report inside a contractor software plan, so the per-report figure moves with the plan (Roofr, HOVER). Do-it-yourself tools price the software, and the buyer produces the measurement (iRoofing by subscription; RoofSnap by pay-as-you-go order or subscription).
That is why a $13 figure and a $24.25 figure and a $149 figure can all be correct and still not be comparable. One is a report on a paid plan, one is a report on its own, and one is a month of software.

Every figure below appeared on the provider's own page on August 14, 2026 and is quoted as published. Where a page presents a range by size, tier or plan, the range is shown.

What the price does and does not include
The line item most often left out of a headline price is the estimating file. Xactimate®, Verisk's estimating platform, reads an ESX file; Symbility® reads XML. Sketch My Roof lists ESX as the base product at $19 and XML as a separate option. Roofr lists the ESX file as a $10 add-on to a $13 or $19 report. EagleView's pricing page describes ESX delivery through EagleView One and integrations rather than as a line on the per-report table. GAF QuickMeasure's page describes a report with a bill of materials and does not list an ESX file among the deliverables as of the access date. HOVER prices Full Exterior measurements per project and lists roof-only and other measurement types separately on the same page.
The second thing left out is the delivery window. Roofr sells the window as part of the plan (24 hours on the free plan; 2 or 6 hours on paid). GAF lists 1 hour or less for single-family. Sketch My Roof lists same calendar day on orders before 6 PM Eastern. RoofScope states a 12-hours-or-less guarantee. HOVER lists a flat expedite fee. These are published commitments, not tested results; MBK Media Group has not measured any provider's turnaround.
How to read this as a buyer
Write down what one job actually costs your desk: report price, plus estimating file if it is an add-on, plus any subscription divided by your monthly volume, plus any expedite fee you would realistically pay. Do that arithmetic for the two or three providers whose deliverable fits your workflow, and the comparison becomes a number instead of a brochure. The published prices change; the access date on each source is the date this record is good for.
