As of July 22, 2026, the free plan lists measurement reports at $19 each with delivery in 24 hours or less. Paid plans list reports at $13 each with 2 or 6 hour delivery guarantees, depending on plan, and one paid tier is listed at $209 per month billed yearly.
The same page lists ESX files, the estimate file format used by Xactimate®, at $10 per report on paid plans, and notes that fees for add-ons are in addition to the report base fee of $13 or $19 and that multi-family reports are not included in the base price.
Roofr's published pricing therefore separates three things a buyer would otherwise see bundled elsewhere: the report itself, the delivery window, and the estimating-platform file. Readers comparing providers should compare like for like: a $13 report on a paid plan is not the same line item as a report that includes an ESX file at its base price.
