A roofing contractor once bought a CRM to track leads, an estimating tool to price jobs, and a measurement report to know the roof. The published product pages in 2026 show those categories folding into each other. Roofr's pricing page describes measurement reports feeding proposals, e-signature and a CRM on one plan. HOVER's pricing page describes measurements, 3D models, photo markups and design tools in the same subscription. RoofSnap describes measuring, estimating and getting paid in one app. iRoofing sells unlimited measurements with a subscription aimed at sales teams. The stand-alone report services (GAF QuickMeasure per parcel; Sketch My Roof per report) sit at the other end: a deliverable, not a workspace.
What is bundled and what is priced
The bundle changes the price you can see. None of those numbers ranks the products. They describe two different purchases: a workspace with a report inside it, or a report on its own. A shop that already runs a CRM it likes is shopping for the second; a shop that wants one login is shopping for the first.
