EagleView lists residential roof report pricing from $24.25 to $87, by size and customer tier

The company's public price table sets report cost by roof size (small, medium, large, commercial) and by a four-level customer tier; Premium reports are quoted on request.

EagleView, the Bellevue, Washington property-data company, publishes a per-report price table for its residential roof reports on its pricing page. As of July 1, 2026, the table lists a small roof (about 20 squares) at $32.75 on the Bronze tier, $27.50 on Silver and $24.25 on Gold; a medium roof (about 40 squares) at $60, $54.75 and $49; and a large roof (40 squares and up) at $87, $81.25 and $75.50. Commercial reports are listed at $89.50, $84.25 and $79 across the same tiers. The Platinum tier and the Premium report are marked as call for pricing.

The tiers appear to track a customer's account level rather than the roof itself, so two buyers can pay different published prices for the same report. EagleView also sells subscription access through EagleView One, which the pricing page directs buyers to discuss with sales rather than listing a price.

For estimators, the practical reading is that EagleView's published per-report range for a single-family roof runs from $24.25 to $87 depending on size and tier, before any subscription pricing. MBK Media Group has not independently tested report turnaround or accuracy; the figures above are the company's own as published on the date shown.
